How do I place an order?
Make a user’s profile filling in all the required details of your’s. While browsing, if you like any product, click on the button, “Add to Cart”. Go to my cart when you are done with choosing the product/s. Click on Check Out Make the payment after checking out through your Credit/ Debit card.You will receive a confirmation via email once your payment is received and details verified. Congratulations! You just placed your order successfully. .
My order has been placed, how do I receive a confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed after receiving the payment and verifying your details, you will receive the confirmation number via email to the mentioned email address which you have provided while placing the order.
Am I supposed to pay any delivery charges?
Our Shipping is free for the below mentioned 29 countries. However there is a charge for shipping to some countries which are mentioned below. If your shipping country is not listed below please, contact our customer service through online chat, email or by calling our customers service number to get the shipping charges for your country.

What makes my product eligible for return/ refund/ exchange?
  • -All the products with only manufacturing defect/s or being incorrect are covered under our Return/ Refund/ Exchange policy.
  • -All the products free from any manufacturing defect/s are not covered under our Return/ Refund policy.
  • -If you accept an opened or unsealed product/s, it/they are not eligible for Return/ Refund/ Exchange.
  • -The complaint/s brought under our team’s notice by you, within 48 hours of you receiving the product through the email, phone number or chat option provided on our website www.zaraafab.co.uk, only and solely, are eligible for return/ refund/ exchange.
  • -If you want to exchange a product due to some other reason/s apart from manufacturing defect like colour, shade etc. you will receive the a new product from our end (of the same value) and it will attract additional shipping charges which will be borne by you.
  • -Custom made product/s is/ are not eligible for return/ refund/ exchange under any circumstances whatsoever as they can’t be resold or reused by us.
  • -Return services are chargeable at your end along with the delivery charges for the product being delivered in exchange, however we would be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size or colour depending upon the availability of the same but can’t be guaranteed.
What is the procedure for returning the product?
  • Open and check your products within 48 hours of receiving it as a precautionary measure.
  • Report your grievance to our team through e-mail support@zaraafab.com sales@zaraafab.com, phone call @ (+44) 2079932312 or chat (whichever is convenient for you) with complete details of the above said product within 48 hours of receiving the product, to make it eligible for return. You have to return the products within 4 days of receiving the same.
  • Once our team take down all the concerned detail/s and finds the product to be eligible for return/ refund, they will inform you about it over the email id/ phone number provided by you to us and you have to send the above said product to the following add:

  • In case of refund, the amount adjusted after deducting the free delivery charges of shipping and any other charge/s (if applicable), will be credited to you in 15 - 20 working days (after receiving the product from your end), through the same mode of payment and account (Credit/ Debit Card) that you had used to make the purchase from our website www.zaraafab.co.uk

How can I get support for an item which isn't working correctly?
Click on “My Profile” button and wait for the Profile page to open. Make changes in the required field/s like email id, phone number, address etc if required and then click submit.You just updated your profile successfully.
